Scottish aerospace company, Skyrora, has launched its line of merchandise on their Skyrora online store. All the proceeds from the store will be used to fund the next-generation space experts. This online store is now four months old and has generated a huge global interest on sales from the UK according to the company.

Skyrora is a private space company from the UK; it was established in 2017. The company is known to specialise in designing and manufacturing rocket launch vehicles for mobile or static launch systems to send small satellites into orbit.

The Project Manager, Katie Miller, states that opening a merchandise store will allow the audience to be a part of their journey. Miller states that all the profits are used to support future space experts in a drive to increase interest in space amongst the younger generation. The company mostly aims to support STEM activities from the profits.

Miller says that while the STEM program has been operating for quite some time now, the income generated from this project will do more in terms of support and inspiration for the younger generation. The company understands that it is important to nurture young minds and encourage upcoming space explorers, engineers, and scientists.

The most popular item of the Skyrora online store is the black hoodie with the Scotland flag and the Skyrora logo. Additionally, you will also find mission patches made by the winners of the mission patch competition. The hoodie has become so popular that it has sold out multiple times and has to be frequently restocked. While the Skyrora online store has primarily black and white products, the company states that it will incorporate different colours in its collection of jackets, fleeces, and much more.
