European Space Agency
European Space Agency was founded in 1975 and is now a very active organization with over 22 participating states. This intergovernmental collaboration covers a vast range of space exploration projects, from human flights to satellite Earth monitoring. It also supports spaceport construction and funds promising projects and companies across Europe.
Today, the European Space Agency’s total worth is estimated at over 6.5 billion euros. It has multiple offices in all major European countries, including a science mission centre in the Netherlands, Earth Observation centre in Italy, a research institute in the UK, and an astronomy centre in Spain.
