Volcanic Chaos in Iceland: Eruption Threatens the Iconic Blue Lagoon!

Iceland’s Reykjanes Peninsula has once again burst into volcanic activity, marking the tenth eruption in less than a year. The latest eruption began on 20 November 2024, at 23:14 local time between Stóra-Skógfell and Sýlingarfell, northeast of Grindavík town.
