Yuri Beletsky was among the first lucky photographers who captured the annular solar eclipse. His image became viral in the Internet. Recently, he shared one more amazing shot.

“Annular Solar Eclipse from Easter Island in the South Pacific. The view was absolutely stunning!!!” Yuri wrote on X. “We were so lucky with the weather, and we managed to see all phases. The sky got slightly darker, but not as dark as it gets during a total eclipse. Amazing experience.”

“Wow – annular solar eclipse on Easter Island. Tandem observation – Clare observing visuals. Noticed annularity started mins before calculated time for this position.   1. The Josh Dury image looks incredibly faked to me by being a composite not taken without moving the camera and doing multiple exposure but rather by moving the sun from each shot to new relative locations.
