To sum up July’s best cosmic views, we’ve rounded up the most visually striking photos from all our collections this month and added photos kindly sent to us by photographers via direct mail. You will definitely not remain indifferent to these incredible pictures! Scroll down and enjoy.
Charming Eagle Nebula With The Pillars Of Creation
Here is the first image in our best astrophotos of the month collection. Nestled within the Eagle Nebula, the Pillars of Creation are majestic columns of purple gas and dust.
Mysterious Rho Ophiuchi Cloud Complex
This image highlights the intricate structures and vibrant hues of one of the nearest and most dynamic star-forming regions – the Rho Ophiuchi cloud complex. This complex is a mysterious area of space where stellar birth is ongoing.
Mid-summer Milky Way
The charming Mid-summer Milky Way stretches widely across the night sky, filled with countless stars, nebulae, and star clusters that light up the summer night.
Bright NGC 6914 In Cygnus Constellation
Cygnus, or the Swan, is a striking constellation that elegantly stretches across the sky. This astrophoto captures the vivid colours and dynamic structures of the NGC 6914 star-forming region, revealing the energetic processes shaping new stars.
Man And Buck Full Moon
A striking photo of the artist and the natural work of art: a photographer, his telescope, and the Moon in its full phase!
Moon And Plain
Once shot in a lifetime: a plane gracefully soaring across a sky illuminated by the glowing full moon.

Amazing Comet 13/P Olbers
Comet 13/P Olbers, with its striking tail and glowing coma, presents a captivating view for both astronomers and astrophotographers. It is not one of the brightest objects, so it’s not as easy to see as some of the more famous comets. Lucky (and skilful!) you are, Ján Gajdoš!
Sharpless 101 (Sh2-101) In Cygnus Constellation
Another stunning emission nebula is located in the Cygnus Constellation – Sharpless 101, also known as Sh2-101. This astrophoto provides a glimpse into one of the galaxy’s most captivating regions of star birth!
C11 The Bubble Nebula And M52 Cluster
The Bubble Nebula NGC 7635 alongside the M52 Cluster create a great cosmic scene where stellar birth and star clusters come together.
M16 – The Eagle Nebula
The Eagle Nebula, renowned for its iconic Pillars of Creation, captures the awe-inspiring process of star formation. Being a popular target for astrophotographers, it always surprises with her uniqueness in each photograph.
