Jeff Bezos Acquires A Piece Of Land Under His Company Blue Origin in Arlington. Is It in Any Way Space-Related?

Blue Origin, one of many Jeff Bezos business ventures, has paid five million US dollars for a piece of property in Arlington. The transaction was, however, completed by Casting Operations, which is the name on the lease.

The plans on how the land will be used are still under wraps, although the property is being prepped for new construction. The seller, SmartCap Group, was, however, very upfront to state that the buyer, Blue Origin and Casting Operations were hasty to acquire the land and start building. The seller also commented to say that the new property owner is establishing a 78,000 square foot structure. Nevertheless, the use is still unknown.

The seller also highlighted that this deal was one of a kind as the land was empty, with nothing built on it. Contrary to how they do business before, this was a first as the proposed price justified the sale.

Even before the sale was made, Blue Origin and Casting Operations representatives did a thorough assessment of the piece of land to see if it fits their needs.

The property is a few kilometres from Arlington Airport.
