Shetland Space Centre reaches new milestone in Scottish space race

Shetland Space Centre have just announced the beginning of their next key milestone in building a launch pad on Unst, with this morning’s announcement that the public consultation process will begin in May and a planning application to be submitted by June of this year.

The public exhibitions will be held at the Saxa Vord Resort in Unst on 5th, 6th and 7th May from 12-7pm each day, where members of the public will have access to detailed plans and be able to ask questions directly to the Shetland Space Centre team.
